Diwali celebrations held at DreamCity NXT in Amritsar

Amritsar : A big Diwali celebration was held at Dreamcity NXT Club on GT road near DPS school, Amritsar . DreamCity NXT Amritsar, an iconic housing city of  AIPL  in the holy city, made the celebration of the Festival of Lights quite special for people of  Amritsar . Full of fun, frolic, music and sumptuous food, people had a  great time. The festival offered sumptuous dishes from food stalls, shopping, and dancing to the tune of live bands. There were lucky draws every hour and many more attractions. Children had a great time not only grabbed their cherished food from the stalls but also boosted their creativity through drawing, painting, and dance activities. “We at DreamCity believe in celebrating the moment of festivity and joy in a wholesome manner where people of all age groups have something to take away emotionally. Sidhu supports formation of Sanyukta Hindu Mahasabha, says govt cannot make false promises to get votes

  Chandigarh : In a major development in Punjab politics just before the Assembly elections, a grouping of the Hindu community has been announced in the presence of PPCC President Navjot Singh Sidhu. The organisation of Hindus has been named as Sanyukta Hindu  Mahasabha – Punjab . Its chairman is Ashwani Sekhri,  a senior Punjab Congress leader, who has been a Cabinet minister of Punjab and also 3-times MLA from Batala. A meeting under the aegis of Sanyukta Hindu Mahasabha - Punjab with prominent leaders of different Hindu organisations was held  as part of a 'Diwali Milan' programme at Punjab Bhawan here. PPCC chief Sidhu was present at the function. Later Sidhu and Sekhri held a press conference. Ashwani Sekhri said, “Sanyukta Hindu Mahasabha is a non-political organization.
