Young and dynamic Punjab Congress leader Damanvir Phillaur has asked local Congress MP from Jalandhar, Santokh Singh Chaudhary to ask for a CBI probe into a 'viral audio', which shows how corruption is being promoted and patronized in Jalandhar and particularly Phillaur's Panchayati Raj Institutions.
